Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to resolve any issues with your order.

Each order is made on demand and printed just for you.  You can always contact us for any return question at sales@guessfoo.com.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  Please send a short description AND image of the issue to sales@guessfoo.com.  We will review the information and try to correct the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Wrong Size

Hopefully, you’re reading this before placing your order.  Each wearable product should have a size guide in Description.  Please make sure you are ordering the correct size that will provide the best fit for you.  We advise that you base the measurements on the dimensions of a shirt that you already own.

If you received the wrong size or you feel the dimensions does not match what was ordered, please let us know at sales@guessfoo.com.
