This shirt represents Number Five, the Toad, played by Lo Mang. This is part of a series of shirts to pay homage to the 1978 cult classic, "Five Deadly Venoms" (aka "Five Venoms"). It launched the popularity of the next group or wave of Shaw Brothers stars, who in turn became known as the Venom Mob. We wanted to present the venom masks in a less obvious, tribal-like manner, where only the fans of this movie would be able to recognize what the design represented...an iykyk (If you know you know) design. We, of course, could not leave out the full masks, so a small version is printed on the opposite sleeve.
"The fifth pupil...he practiced the Toad style. Four and Five knew each other, but never met the other three. The Toad style is immensily strong and immune to nearly any weapon. When it is properly used, it's almost invincible. It can even bend solid metal."
